This year’s Pottery Market will be held at Pat’s Barn in Troy, Friday, November 19th from 10-6 and Saturday, November 20th from 10-4.

Pat’s Barn COVID protocol
Pat’s Barn has a COVID protocol in place that we will be required to follow:
- All vendors and customers will be required to wear masks while in the building
- All Vendors AND customers MUST show that they have been vaccinated OR show a negative COVID test within 72 hours of admittance
- Social Distancing of 6 feet will be required. Our spaces meet this requirement, but we will have to monitor the number of customers who are in the Barn at one time. That number is still being worked out with Pat’s Barn.
Applications accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
If you wish to participate, please complete and mail the vendor application form along with payment to Kathy Benson (mailing address is on application form). Remember, you must be a Guild member to participate so please include your $25 Guild membership fee if you haven’t yet renewed or joined in 2021. Potters can send a copy of their proof of vaccination with their application.
As we approach the date, circumstances could change. We will keep all participants updated if and when changes occur.
In order to be in compliance with the COVID regulations, we will need volunteers at the door during all open hours to check proof of vaccine or negative test result. We will also need volunteers to monitor customer count going in and out. If interested in helping out with these tasks, please let Mary Pat know.
Finally, we offer the opportunity for members to participate in the sale on a more limited basis by being part of the Guild booth. Participating members share space, cost and responsibility for the booth. More detailed information on the Guild Booth is also attached.

CCCG’s Annual Pottery Market is a highlight of the Capital Region’s holiday shopping season. Currently located at Pat’s Barn in the Rensselaer Tech Park, Pottery Market showcases the many talents of local potters selling everything from functional items to sculpture and jewelry. Their displays are replete with pottery that is elegant, whimsical and one-of-a-kind. There is truly something for everyone!
For those of you new to Pottery Market, it’s a great opportunity for Guild Members to market their wares in one of the Capital Region’s most beautiful historic landmarks, a restored 200-year old barn built by Dutch settlers. Pat’s Barn is spacious, providing ample booth space for interested potters. You can rent your own space, share with other potters or, if you’re new to selling or don’t have a lot of inventory, you can participate in the Guild Booth which is space shared by a larger group of potters.
