We enter 2020-2021 with a renewed sense of optimism. While we may not be able to host indoor meetings of more than twelve people for a while, we will exploit the weather as long as we can to sponsor outdoor events in addition to virtual events. Empty Bowls will be at the Troy Farmers Market October 2, 9 and 16. Check out the Empty Bowl’s page for more information.

Among other things, Guild dues support all costs associated with our Empty Bowls fundraiser so that every penny raised can go directly into the hands of our local food pantries.  Annual dues also allow us the ability to offer honoraria to  potters willing to share their skills and knowledge via workshops and classes and to provide supplies and materials for these offerings.

Finally, please share with other potters you know who may not receive this newsletter.
